Can you support small-batch customization as well as large orders?
Yes. Flexible production supports small-batch customization and large-scale manufacturing, with full quality control for reliable delivery in both cases.
Which cooperation models do you work with?
OEM and ODM, private label, wholesale and direct sales. Customized product design, packaging and labeling services are available alongside them.
How is quality controlled during production?
We adhere to standards such as ISO 9001:2015, and our project team conducts follow-up inspections on all manufactured products every three hours to mitigate potential risk. Manufacturer screening, raw-material auditing and finished-goods inspection are part of the one-stop process.
Can you support EU compliance documentation?
We provide independent third-party REACH and RoHS compliance certification for components and raw materials, supporting adherence to EU regulations and market access. Our certifications also include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22716:2007 and BSCI.
What is the difference between your OEM and ODM routes?
OEM starts from an existing product and covers requirements, quotation, design sign-off, samples, mass production, inspection and shipping. ODM starts from a new product concept and adds tooling quotation, 3D prototyping, mould production, T1/T2 sample approval, trial production and tooling maintenance. Compare both workflows.

Shenzhen (China), Washington (USA) and Hong Kong, China. One team across the three locations covers production, technical discussion, quality inspection, order tracking, logistics, settlement and after-sales for each order.
